Invoice Settings

You will use this screen to enter your company’s information that will be included in the invoice and within the email that is used to send the invoice to clients. The following information can be entered:

Navigating to the Invoice Settings Page

1. Locate and click on your name in the upper-right corner to expand the dropdown menu. Then click “Business & Tax

2. You will be directed to the payment settings page where you’ll see the following fields:

  • First / Last Name:  Contact name that will appear in emails sent to clients with an invoice
  • Business Name:  Business name that will appear on invoices
  • Phone:  Phone number for clients to use regarding invoices
  • Address Line 1:  Primary billing address
  • Address Line 2:  Additional billing address information (Ex. suite number)
  • City:  City where your billing address is located
  • State:  State where your billing address is located
  • Zip Code:  Zip Code where your billing address is located
  • Country:  Country where your billing address is located
  • Default Currency: Select your default currency
  • Your Company Logo: Upload company’s logo for invoices and quotes
