Quick Invoice Stats

Your invoice dashboard is designed for one purpose: To let you know what’s owed and when you can expect it.The top section of the dashboard provides a summary of your outstanding invoices.

  • Invoiced: The total amount of all outstanding invoices
  • Unpaid: The total amount invoiced minus partial payments received
  • Due This Week: Total unpaid amount of invoices that are due this week
  • Overdue: Total unpaid amount of invoices that are beyond their due dates

Invoice Listing

By default, the invoice listing shows a list of all outstanding invoices–both unpaid and partially paid. You can use the search box in the upper-left to filter the listing by any invoice field listed on the screen.

Also, you can click on any of the header fields in order to sort the list by the selected field (Ex. Client). By default the list will be sorted in descending order (highest to lowest value) but you can click on the field header again in order to reverse the sort to ascending order (lowest to highest value).

Getting Started As a New User

After your registration is complete, you will be directed to the Invoice Listing screen.

A welcome popup (see below) will display for new users which explains the next steps that can be taken such as adding clients, products, configuring settings, creating your first invoice, or reviewing the help section. The popup will go away when the “Got It” button is clicked. This message will show up each time the user logs in until the “Don’t show this again” field is checked.
