You can email a completed quote in order to allow the client to review it for approval (see Sending Quotes).

When the client looks at the quote, they will be presented with two approval options in the top right corner of the quote.

Accept Quote

If the client chooses to accept the quote’s conditions, then a window will come up that will allow the client to enter comments regarding the quote.

After the client approves the quote, the quote’s status will be changed to “Accepted” in the “Quote Listings” screen. Also, you will be able to view the client’s comments when they approved the quote at the top of the quote.

Request Changes

If the client chooses to reject the quote’s conditions, then a window will come up that will allow the client to document their requested changes to the quote.

After the client rejects the quote, the quote’s status will be changed to “Rejected” in the “Quote Listings” screen. Also, you will be able to view the client’s reasons for requesting changes at the top of the quote.

Once you make the needed changes, you can resend the quote to the client for approval.
